Clients for this kitchen remodel wanted a larger island for entertaining friends. The previous island was removed, along with some of the kitchen clients to make room. This extensive island can comfortably seat eight guests. New dark cherry cabinets were installed to complement the existing white cabinets. This project made great use of the original white cabinets while invigorating the whole area.
The adjoining room was also remodeled to make way for a wet bar area. We used cherry cabinets for the bar as well. What makes the bar truly stand out is the glass tile backsplash and LED under cabinet lighting used. We finished it off with a Moen Faucet, stainless under-mount sink, and a combination wine cooler/refrigerator.
Other features include Tiger Wood hardwood in the living room, recessed lighting, and a touch censor sink faucet. Under cabinet lighting was installed to the existing kitchen along with a glass tile backsplash. New 12” x 24” floor tile was laid in the kitchen. All hardware was replaced and upgraded to match this more modern style.
